    Dear MSR friends,

My university (Wittenberg University, Ohio, USA) is launching a new campus wide initiative concerning mindfulness and meditation. As a liberal art education institute, many of my colleagues are using medication before they start their classes or meetings including myself. Many others from different disciplines are now interested in adopting such practices. I wonder if you can share some of resources they can refer to and learn about mindfulness and meditation and implement it into their classes.

If you have any books, articles, links to videos or websites that you found useful for your own practices, would you please share them with me? I am compiling all resources that I can list in a page or two and like to share with all faculty on my campus.

Of course, I will send it out to entire MSR community once I have full list of resources collected.
    Thank you for your input.

    Peace,
    Sunny Jeong

    Sunny-

This is great to hear!  One easy mindfulness piece I added to my courses was an opportunity for REFLECTION as extra credit.  I told them they could turn in a journal with a number of assignments where they considered the activities, learning, interactions, etc. and it would help their overall course grade.  Easy way to sneak in mindfulness.  They could do it in or out of class time.  Hope this helps!
