💛 The Management Spirituality and Religion (MSR) Division invites scholars to participate in the upcoming 24-hour research colloquium, focusing on strategic challenges facing higher education. Scholars, students, and practitioners will come together to reimagine the university and its responsibility and role (Dharma). In addition to external pressures, a critical internal challenge lies in the dominant assumption that conceptual or intellectual knowledge is the most important and often the only valid form of knowledge 🤍.
💡 Key questions guiding this event:
• What is the Dharma of the university?
• How can this dharma be revitalized to move beyond fragmented responses?
• How can universities recognize and reintegrate experiential ways of knowing, often rooted in spirituality, as equally valid and essential to human cognition and learning?
