TEXT FOR YOU TO SEND OUT TO FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES:

    Dear Friends,
For this year's virtual Academy of Management annual meeting, I would like to personally invite you to attend the Management, Spirituality, and Religion (MSR) Plenary session scheduled for Monday, August 10, at 6:00-7:00 pm U.S. pacific time/  9:00-10:00pm U.S. eastern time. If you are not a member of MSR, here's your chance to "mix it up"!

Our session theme is "How is the convergence of science and spirituality on an interconnected ("Oneness") view of reality changing our paradigmatic assumptions about what it means to be alive today?" Please note that you must be registered for the AOM Annual meeting to participate in the session.

The plan for the session is as follows:

    • Chris Laszlo, MSR Scholarly Program Chair, introduces and frames the session (5 minutes)
    • Dean Radin, Chief Scientist at IONS and author of many influential books including The Conscious Universe and Real Magic, gives his keynote presenting his research (20 minutes)
    • Claire Lachance, CEO of IONS, brings a Noetic Leadership perspective (5)
    • Judi Neal, CEO of Edgewalkers and co-founder of MSR, shares her pioneering work on spirituality in the workplace, transformational leadership, and consciousness (5)
    • Xiaoan Li highlights spiritual leadership development from his work as Senior Program Officer at the Fetzer Institute (5)
    • Chris Laszlo concludes the panel presentation (5)
    • That will leave 15 minutes for audience engagement. Our technology coordinator is Paul Schmidt who will track questions and pose them as well as facilitate the conversation.

If you are not familiar with Dean Radin's research, there are a couple of links that can help you familiarize yourself with his perspective: https://noetic.org/profile/dean-radin/ and https://www.amazon.com/Dean-I.-Radin/e/B000APW7CE%3Fref=dbs_a_mng_rwt_scns_share
