    Dear Inspired Spirits,

As a relative MSR Beginner but an AOM veteran presenter since 2000 onwards at Washington DC and Toronto, I had a delightful time at 2018 AOM Chicago attending various MSR sessions and meeting like-minded MSR members after a gap of many years.  For years, I engaged in MSR related spiritual topics cautiously from the sidelines, often wondering how to tie these loose strands with my professional accomplishments and teaching.  In Chicago I discovered that the MSR bandwidth is so wide that since receiving inspiration there, I had a paper published in Integral Leadership Review on Gandhi's Paradoxical Success, another paper under review, two Professional Development Workshops on unconventional subjects accepted for 2019 AOM @ Boston, one radical research collaboration in progress  - and encouragement to do more.

More than 20 years ago in 1998, I felt a similar excitement of hope when we grew Technology Management Section of INFORMS by consolidating three popular colleges on Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, and R&D Management from TIMS/ORSA into one worldwide thriving community.  We noted that our endeavors flourished with not only an open, transparent, and inclusive organizational structure, but also a warm, caring, and inviting culture - for the old timers as well as the hesitant new comers looking for a new garden to thrive.  Our warm face-to-face and voice-to-voice connectivity strengthened  our world-wide digital connectivity.

Come, join, inspire and be inspired by our MSR adventure together.

    Thanks for sharing Ray!

Great to know that you are engaging more and more in these interests and work related to MSR.  Looking forward to reading more about this.

I want to learn more about your work for and about Gandhi. He is an inspiration to me.  Would you share a couple of the ideas you lifted up in your paper in this MSR discussion area?   Hope you will add that paper - or references to it -- to our new MSR Connect Library too.
