Who's involved in workplace religious diversity?

    Dear Colleagues:

A community partner has inquired with me wanting to know whether there are any companies, business leaders, or academics actively looking at managing religious diversity as a value-added endeavour. Note that I am not talking about religious accommodation or discrimination. We are both interested in any existing research on the topic from either an HR or enterprise-wide perspective. I have begun to explore this topic in my own research (see link for practitioner article). Feel free to respond to me directly at rchiu@brocku.ca.

    Sincere regards,

    Hi Raymond,

I am also interested in the materials you are requesting.   I hope that all who are responding to your request will also respond to this MSR Connect Discussion -
When someone adds an attachment - that attachment will also be available in the MSR Connect Library.  And all the discussion that happens as a result of your question will be captured in a conversation  - all linked together to your original posting.

Also - if you go into the MSR Connect microsite (website)  msr.aom.org   and then click on Community and in the drop-down menu select Discussion - you can see all the MSR email exchanges.  You can do a search in the search bar on the center of that page - with your key words and it will bring up discussions on that topic or resources --- since the beginning of MSR - in 2000.    What is great now in this new Connect Discussion is that ... even if i respond to your email 5 years from now - it will still be part of the discussion you have started here.

The MSR library can be found on the same MSR.aom.org website --- click open the menu tap at the time "RESOURCES" and then click library.     There are many resources there too.   Please use and tell all of us what you have found that is useful to your query.   And add other things to the library - for those now involved in MSR and its many Friends that are also part of the larger family in MSR Connect.

    Warm wishes,
    Mary Finney
