    Dear MSR Friends,

I have a paper presentation today between 11:30-1:00 and it will be held in the Back Bay Ballroom B in the Sheraton Hotel.

The Topic might be intriguing for those interested in the intersection of OB and Spirituality.

Title: Shedding some Light on the Blind Spots concerning Organizational Citizenship Behavior
Author: Duysal Askun Celik & Fatih Çetin

The current study aims to understand the personal antecedents that might influence organizational citizenship behavior in two forms: Organizationally-directed and Individually-directed. A sample of 281 blue collar employees participated for the study with employing a multi-source data gathering method. In line with Barnard (1938)'s original conception of organizational citizenship, self-determination theory, oneness hypothesis, and mindfulness literature and research, our analysis revealed significant effects of mindfulness on OCBI after controlling demographic variables and showed fully mediated roles of one and other sub dimensions in mindfulness-OCBI interaction. The results are discussed in terms of their valuable contribution towards mindfulness and OCB research from the perspective of oneness and interconnectedness.

Looking forward to see you there!

    In Oneness...

    Duysal
