    Dear MSR Community,

I feel delighted to share with you today that as a result of 2 years of effort on our work with the Indian version of our scale "Oneness Behavior", we have published our study at The Journal of General Psychology. Prof. Radha Sharma was our main collaborator in collecting the data from the Indian Sample and I thank her for her valuable contribution to this important work.

For those of you who would be interested, we are looking for contributors to this ongoing research as we extend our data collection to other countries as well. Right now, we are in the process of data collection from Poland, Estonia, and South Africa. We are looking to collect as much data as possible so as to revise our scale to be applicable globally.

I am sending the link to our article published today:

In case you can not download it, you can email me (duysala@gmail.com) to send you the pdf version.

    All the best...in Oneness.

    Dear MSR Colleagues,

It gives me pleasure to share my latest co- authored research paper titled 'Dignity at the Workplace: Evolution of the Construct and Development of Workplace Dignity Scale' published in Frontiers in Psychology (IF 2.129). Those interested may like to download it from the following link. The scale can be used to assess workplace dignity in the cross cultural context; we can discuss it further.

    Warm regards,

    Radha R. Sharma
