The new book Giving voice to values-based leadership: How to Develop Good Organizations Through Work on Value by Gry Espedal & Frank Elter is reviewed in the latest issue of Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion. The book is said to presents a Scandinavian values-based leadership model. However, the book provides a series of insights into how to work with values. The model should appeal to leaders, managers and scholar beyond Scandinavia who have an ambition to engage with the process and practicalities of developing sustainable organizations. Read more here:
