This is the fourth AOM symposium on psychedelics in management and this year's focus is on lessons from the field, drawn from research by senior and junior scholars working across a variety of topics within a rapidly emerging research space. (My co-author Rachelle Sampson and I both spoke on this topic an on online MSR panel recently.)
