The Journal of Alternative Spiritualities and New Age Studies, reached through the link below, might be of interest. In particular the latest issue carries an excellent book review of David Tacey's The Spirituality Revolution (2004) and Paul Heelas and Linda Woodhead's The Spiritual Revolution (2005) - a fascinating juxtaposition of the authors' (respectively) American-British, cultural studies-religious studies, theoretical-empirical, Marxist-postmodern approaches to understanding contemporary spirituality. There is a lot of material in both books about the workplace, and both are concerned centrally with the apparent demise of secularization.
