    MSR colleagues,
     
    Lot's happening, especially with spiritual leadership. Right now Laura Matherly and I are working hard to get our stuff together for an invited talk, "Performance Excellence and Spiritual Leadership," at Regent University this week:

    If you're in the Virginia Beach area  this Wednesday, feel free to come see us.
     
    I'll also be doing three audio sessions that will be posted on their audio series site:
       1. Organizational transformation through spiritual leadership.
       2. Religion, workplace spirituality, and spiritual leadership.
       3. Personal transformation through the vision and values of spiritual leadership.
     
    The last speaker in this series was Jim Kouzes. You might enjoy his insights, many of which are spiritual in nature at http://www.regent.edu/acad/sls/leadershiptalks/home.htm.
     
    We also have our International Institute of Spiritual Leadership web site in better shape with some new additions, especially the performance excellence stuff Laura and I have been working on.  If you have time, please review the web site and give me comments.
