Hugh De Pree Chair of Leadership Development
Fuller Theological Seminary and Max De Pree Leadership Center invite applications for the Hugh De Pree Chair of Leadership Development, tenure-track faculty position in the School of Theology at rank of associate or full professor, beginning September 1, 2006. Requirements: PhD in leadership or cognate field; MDiv or appropriate theological education; experience and scholarly interest in church leadership, non-profit and parachurch leadership, conflict management and reconciliation skills, management skills; ability to work with graduate students and practicing leaders; research and publication interest. Responsibilities: engage in scholarship that addresses leadership issues in church and parachurch organizations; offer masters-level courses appropriate to leadership and management; supervise PhD/ThM students pursuing study in fields of leadership or pastoral theology; research and administration in consultation with the De Pree Leadership Center. Faith, lifestyle congruent with Fuller Theological Seminary ethos as expressed in Statement of Faith and other statements and standards of the Seminary.
