    Hi Rakesh,

Attached, I hope, is a copy of my syllabus for the course that I have been teaching since 1997. It began as an undergraduate course and currently is offered as a cross-listed undergrad/grad level course (Religious Studies - Management - Liberal Arts Thematic Course). It is a management elective for the upper-division undergrad students as well as a grad-level course within the Master of Liberal Arts program. I also taught the course twice as a Master's Level Executive Management Seminar for our MBA students.

It was originally tagged as a "Religious Studies" course because of trepidations of including it within the management slate of course offerings - typical though for 1997 'til more recently. The course content, however, has always been overwhelmingly geared towards management and organizational behavior/studies. However, please note, cross-listing it as a Religious Studies course has attracted many students who are in need of a Religious Studies/Philosophy course within their General Education Requirements on their degree plans.

Please confirm receipt of this email w/ attachment before I send the second.

    Thanks.

    David
