    Dear MSR Colleagues,

I am in the process of putting a book proposal together and am interested in including a comment about the number of MBA (and other) programs currently offering courses linked to spirit / spirituality at work. This would also include workplace spirituality, spiritual leadership, leading from within, etc. I recall reading an article some time ago suggesting that in the late 90s, there were 30 MBA programs offering such courses. Does anyone have an idea of what that number might be now? Any guesses?

    Thank you so much.

I have been exploring this field for some time and have used spirituality as an intervention for burnout. I have included spirituality as a component in MBA

    Dear Val,

I do not have an idea of the numbers of such programs /courses, but I am compiling a list of courses being offered in the area - based on the information made available to me by the MSR fraternity. You should find the details circulated on the MSR list in say, about 10-15 days from now on. (Currently I am extremely busy with my ongoing courses)

At Drake University, I teach a periodic course on Spirituality in the Workplace - periodic because it is listed as an elective special topics course (1 cr hour) that doesn't run every year necessarily.  The course in the past has been more of a survey of the SaW field, though I intend to do some reframing of it a bit for '07.
