    Dear MSR Friends,
An earlier MSR thread suggested we members be more forthcoming to make the group aware of new academic articles or books we're involved with in our field.  So, at the risk of coming across as self-promoting, let me share about a new MSR-related book I've given birth to this holiday season.
God at Work: The History and Promise of the Faith at Work Movement (Oxford University Press, 1997) is now available on Amazon or directly through the publisher.

I wrote God at Work with business, business ethics, and MBA classes in mind, as well as for graduate students in divinity schools and seminaries.  I've attached the publisher's flyer to give you a feel for it. If that gets lost or you're unable to open it, just email me privately, and I'll send you the PDF.  Alternatively, you can see the same write up on our Center's website (http://www.yale.edu/faith/center/miller_gaw.html).

Many of you have had behind-the-scenes roles that helped me with my research; thank you.  And at the risk of embarrassing him, I'd like to publicly give thanks and recognition to Andre Delbecq who served as a great inspiration and encourager to me for this project.

Thanks everyone, and season's greetings of peace and hope,
    David

    Dear MSR Colleagues,

In the spirit of a few other previous postings on this listserv related to books and resources, here's another one: Leadership Moments: Turning Points That Changed Lives and Organizations. It is currently available at www.arcleadershipgroup.net and can be ordered thru Amazon in a few weeks.

Written primarily for a commercial vs. scholarly audience, it does take a tacitly phenomenological approach to utilizing business narrative and storytelling in conveying principles often associated with spirit-centered leadership. You may recognize a few other MSR colleagues as co-authors, such as Peter and Monika Ressler. In either case, the book is reflective of learnings from our MSR community....THX! Best regards, Arthur
