The Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, has a tenure-track Management position open at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank to begin Fall 2008. Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or ABD completed by September 2008, in Strategic Management, Management, or a related field.
Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment to teaching excellence, a research stream, and professional engagement. The University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business has strong undergraduate and both full-time and evening MBA programs, as well as other graduate programs. Preference will be given to candidates who blend academic credentials and professional experience in related Management positions suitable to this mix of programs. Experience or ability in teaching in Strategy, including a Strategic Capstone course, is preferred. Ability and interest in teaching Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, International Management, or Project Management is desired.
