In my last communication, I forgot to mention my invitation for you to contribute a chapter for our Handbook on workplace spirituality (Mustafa Ozbilgin - David Miller - Frannk Bournois and myself editing) - Edgar Elgar publishing. we discussed perhaps something about the spirituality award winners. what are the common features to spiritual organizations? this also reminds me of something I'd wanted to do for some time, and maybe we can think of a collboration and set a date 118-24 months forward. I'd like to write a book about the Organizational Behavior of spiritual organizations, and would like to do that with you. I also thought of asking Sandy Kauanui to join in, but I wanted to talk to you first.
