My name is Rebecca Herman and I am a Doctoral Candidate at Capella
University conducting dissertation research to determine if there is a
relationship between organizational servant leadership and a culture of
workplace spirituality.
You were selected for possible participation by virtue of your membership in
the Academy of Management's Management, Spirituality, & Religion list
server. Your participation does not require that you to have any particular
knowledge, experience, or expertise in these subjects. For this research, I
am seeking participants who are:
