Hi Everyone,
My research team is presenting a paper at the Miracles in Management (IAMSR) conference in Lourdes next month. I'm looking for any references I can find about the shadow side of implementing spirituality in the workplace, particularly any evidence of negative impact on job performance. It's hard enough finding evidence of the positive impact on performance, but I would like to know if anyone has evidence of negative or harmful results.
