The South Asia Center is organizing an International Conference during October 16-19, 2008. I am planning to hold a Panel Discussion on Spiritual Foundation of Organizational Development. http://southasiaconference.wisc.edu/ I would welcome to more interested speakers for the discussion. PANEL DISCUSSION
ON
SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The spiritual culture must lead the material culture to involve the whole individual. The assumption is that external perfection can never be achieved without attaining internal excellence. The focus of the proposed panel discussion is to discuss how to bring authentic happiness at workplace. The authentic happiness is the state of cheerful silence that is achieved through austerity and hard work. The panel discussion will center on ancient roots of corporate entities and the role of positive mysticism in creating an esoteric culture contributing of inner and external health. The discussions will throw light on incorporating the insights from monasticism into leadership practices for creating an enlightened corporate citizenship at workplace.
