This PDW highlights how shifting the inner place from which you operate is key to transformative change. This can enable leaders to reframe difficult issues, develop creative strategies, and shift the environment in the workplace.
We focus particularly on the power of words in this global process. How we speak and listen and hear one another, regardless of cultural, political, and religious divides, will impact whether we can envision and implement the kinds of changes we feel are needed. The panelists will discuss putting people and the planet first. Breakouts will allow everyone to participate. The session will be highly interactive and will include moving towards pilot action research projects in breakouts for those interested.
