    Hi Ashish,

I, too, would be very interested in your thesis/article about the Spiritual Climate Scale. I have run into the Spiritual Experiences Scale (SAS) (SEIS). Do you or other MSR members have any references to other validated scales/constructs related to spirituality?

    Thanks,

    *Subject:* POSSIBLE CORRELATIONAL RESEARCH METHODS

Hello all, I am currently working on a correlational research method
    for my
dissertation topic: Spirituality in the Workplace: The impact on
    Work
productivity, job satisfaction and ethical behavior among union
    employees.

I have run into a problem with my chair, in regards to having a more
predictive research method. Any thoughts or ideas.

I am using the following surveys: SWBS to measure spirituality,
    Endicott
Work Productivity Scale to measure work productivity, Job
    Descriptive
Index/Job In General to measure job satisfaction and Survey of Work
    Values -
    Revised to measure ethical behavior.

The population sample will be pulled from 13 district local union
    chapters.

The feedback that I have received thus far, basically states that my
research method may find that their is a relationship but will not
    be
value-added. So I am back to the drawing board, and would like to
    get
thoughts on other possible research methods that may be viable in my
    research.

Any thoughts or direction from others, would be greatly appreciated.

The best places to look for measures of spirituality are:

    MacDonald, D., Kuentzel, J., & Friedman, H. A survey of
measures of spiritual and transpersonal constructs: Part
two – additional instruments. Journal of Transpersonal
    Psychology 31(2)

    MacDonald, D., LeClair, L., Holland, C., Alter, A., &
Friedman, H. (1995). A survey of measures of transpersonal
constructs. Journal of Transpersonal Psychology 27(2)

Additionally, there is a great book, Measures of
Religiosity, which consists of only measures of spirituality
    and religion.
