    Hello colleagues,

I am doing volunteer work with an organization that seeks to increase interest in spiritual activities and behaviors.

Can you suggest any publications that provide insight into factors (e.g., individual differences, cultural factors, etc...) that predict attitudes toward spiritual activities (e.g., meditation)?

I really appreciate any suggestions that you may provide.

    Thank-you,

    Gabrielle Wood, Ph.D.

    Dear Dr. Wood,

I have recently completed a research paper on Correlates of Spiritual Orientation and its Impact on Managerial Effectiveness. 549 Indian managers participated in the study. This is under publication.I tried to explore how do managers perceive their spiritual self and basicall used Fisher's classification.

    Dear Dr. Wood,

I am interested in the factors that predict attitudes toward spiritual
activities. I have been working on an article that proposes a theoretical
approach based on spirituality in the workplace not being an environment-free
phenomenon (“Spiritual behaviour in the workplace as a research phenomenon” at
EURAM (2005)). It tries to investigate the various processes and elements
interacting at individual, organisational and societal levels.

I could email it to you.
