    Check out a book by Craig Galbraith. I don't remember the exact title, but its about management lessons derived the Benedictine Rules. It is an excellent treatment of leadership from a Benedictine perspective. I believe that you can find it on Amazon.

    I would surely give Chris Lowney's Heroic Leadership: Best Practices from a 450 Year-Old company That Changed the World a very serious look for that group and for any other group interested in leadership.

    Hello Anna,

    I teach a leadership course for ministers in seminary. The two main leadership texts I use:

    Leadership without Easy Answers by Ronald Heifetz
    The Soul of a Leader by me (Margaret Benefiel)

    I complement these leadership books with:
    Engaging the Powers by Walter Wink

    Then I complement these with various articles and excerpts.

    All the best with this course!
