    Greetings one and all,

The Spring 2009 edition of the MSR Newsletter is one way to keep up with friends, associates, and news (hopefully) of interest to members.  I realize that all of us are busy with things academic and the involvement in a holistic life.  Even so your contribution to the upcoming Newsletter is needed and most welcomed.  Please submit electronically, as you see appropriate, items in any of the following areas for inclusion in the coming edition.

    1. Letter from the Chair
    2. Letter from the program Chair
    3. Letter from the Retreat Master
    4. Highlights for the forthcoming program events
    5. Conference announcements
    6. Calls for papers, PDW's and other program ideas
    7. Position available data
    8. Publications and presentations in the MSR area for the year 2008-2009...please include a complete citation and a brief description (50 words or so) and NOT the abstract.
    9. Significant accomplishments and honors
    10. Promotions
    11. Changes in school locations/ relocations
    12. Grants received
    13. Editorial comments
    14. Book reviews
    15. Related articles on teaching, research, and practice
    16. Anything to amuse or enlighten the reader.
    17.  Other

It would be helpful to receive the material in a WORD file by 1 March 2009.  Address your materials to Peregoy@gsm.udallas.edu

We would appreciate suggestions as to who should be the next editor.

    Kindly,

    Richard
