The three day, all inclusive retreat seeks to create a reflective space for academics, managers, and friends to meditate, share insights and laughter, and renew our personal commitments to what we find meaningful in life. Details are in the Spring 2009 MSR Newsletter.
Our theme this year is: Work as Meditation
This retreat is benefits all including those who want to renew their professional self through personal spirit, who are troubled by the spillover effects of our economic crisis, students and your families. If you have your own reflective practices and also find energy through reflecting with others, you can share them and benefit others.
Past retreats have resulted in insights about daily work patters, informal mentorship by new friends, and internal commitments to priorities not often found in the fast paced world in which each of us lives and works.
