I have been struggling to find a measure and was hoping that someone on this Listserv may be able to help.
I am looking for a measure of introspection or self reflection within a career context for a study on work meaning. I am familiar with Super's exploration scale <st1:citation>(Part of his ACCI)</st1:citation> but this addresses specific career search activities. I am hoping to find a scale that measures if a participant has evaluated his or her own self in regards to work/career options available.
