    Dear friends,

    My dissertation is about a study on the linkage between spirituality and change readiness (readiness for change). I have not found a literature that directly link it. Perhaps you could give me information on publications that could be useful in my research. Thank you.

    There is nothing out that that I am aware of (which is good for you). However, if you look at the attributes that are required to be "ready for change" and those of spirituality you will find the literature that will inform your research question(s) if they are in this area.
