Hello everyone,
This is a follow up to my earlier email asking for articles for a meta-analysis on workplace and individual spirituality on attitudinal job outcomes. Thank you for your responses and I thought I would pose the same question in case there were others out there who maybe did not get a chance to respond who have or know of an article I could use.
The potential articles I have so far are listed below. In order for this to work, the articles I need have to be quantitative with correlational tables and deal with spirituality and any attitudinal outcomes like frustration, org fit, org committment, stress etc. Please let me know if you have any to add.
