    Hello,

I am currently in the process of preparing my dissertation research proposal for committee approval. After sending several drafts of proposals to my committee, none of which has sparked an approval -- I am now reaching out to find out the current research trends in spirit at work, spirituality in the workplace, meaningfulness at work. My original proposal was a quantitative correlational study on the effect of spirituality in the workplace has on job satisfaction, ethical behavior and work productivity.

I would like to dialogue with some fellow scholars who are researching this area, or happen to have ideas.
I greatly appreciate your feedback.  My current topic of interest include: spirituality in the workplace, leadership and spirituality, team spirit and spirituality and diversity.

    Regards,

    Good morning from <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Australia</st1:place></st1:country-region>

Yes this is a field of significant study for me, as it relates to business

We are a company that works with 700 national and international companies in the Asia Pacific region

The GFC has certainly raised the questions around 'meaning and purpose 'of work

It has also questioned the definition of 'success' and 'leadership'

I would be delighted to follow your interests and assist where possible

All the best in this excellent endeavor
