Join us for an experiential PDW on Authentic Leadership and Somatic Awareness!

    Program Session #: 282 |  Sponsor(s): (MC, MSR)
Scheduled: Saturday, Aug 8 2009 1:50PM - 3:50PM at Hyatt Regency Chicago in Columbus G

In order to cultivate authentic leadership, we encourage leaders to learn from the "inside out" - and have deep experience with methods to help this take place.  This contrasts with programs that focus on learning skills or techniques to emulate others.  We promise a thought-provoking time that you'll leave with new ideas or plans.

THE WORKSHOP LEADERS have extensive experience with awareness practices that build on the neuroplasticity of the mind (Feldenkrais) and spiritual traditions (Tibetan Buddhism) and have worked professionally as leadership consultants with executives in the US and abroad for over 20 years.  The session derives from their experience as well as their research, and will incorporate the personal experiences of all participants.  Susan Skjei is a former corporate executive, as well as founder and director of Naropa University's Certificate program in Authentic Leadership, and Kathryn Goldman Schuyler, Associate Professor at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, was a student of Moshe Feldenkrais and has life-time international certification in the Feldenkrais Method.

    Hi Kaye,

Looks like a good one.  Unfortunately, I will be in Atlanta on the 2009 Soul Currency book tour. I know this will be a creative and powerful PDW, and I am sorry to have missed it.

    With love and light,
    Ernie
