The BBC has a radio show called Everyday Ethics. It is also podcasted.
It can be found at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/ethics/
The one for August 16th is of interest. It involves a discussion of
whether being a Christian in the carrying out of duties and wearing
insignia (crosses) on uniforms should be acceptable; whether it is
possible to be an unbiased Christian police officer, etc. It starts
around 9 minutes into the broadcast.
"Northern Ireland's new Police Chief is a committed Christian. Is that
really such a big deal? Dox Axcell from the Christian Police
Association describes the challenges and opportunities of policing as
a Christian in today's Britain."
