    Dear all,

    Judi and I have thought about about proposing a PDW at the AoM meeting at
    Boston.

    The basic purpose of the PDW is to get members of AoM who have run or
    attended seminars or conferences related to 'Spirituality at the Workplace'
    to jmeet together to discuss about building a stronger community of
    practice/inquiry in the Academy.

    The idea arose out of the successful Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace
    Conference organised by Judi at the University of Arkansas in November that
    I attended.

    If you are interested in the idea please send me an email at
    <shankar.sankaran@uts.edu.au> as I am going to prepare a PDW proposal
    towards the end fo December.

    Please also indicate in your email if you would like to do a short
    presentation at the PDW and /or be a member of a panel and any wonderful
    ideas that you may have to conduct the PDW so that it will be interesting
    and attract members of AoM/MSR to join in.
