Does mindfulness build capacity for responding intelligently to difficult systemic change challenges, and, if so - how does it do so? What do contemplation and mindfulness have to do with creatively and compassionately addressing tough situations?
Leaders who have practiced meditation for years share concrete stories of the impact of inner work on their capacity to face tough situations. The workshop builds on their stories and insights experientially to support all present in exploring these questions.
