I have once again dusted off the manuscript describing the development of the Spirit at Work Scale I presented at the Academy of Management a few years back. Upon recommendations from the reviewers, we have incorporated the results from several validation studies. Unfortunately, this project was put on the back burner and now the references are no longer current. Can you please advise of any recent publications about the development and validation of spirit / spirituality at work scales.
