    Colleagues,

With no apologies for cross-posting ;-) , I would like to invite you to the following PDW:

"Responding to human failure: An exploration of sin and grace in organizations"

    WHEN: Saturday, Aug. 7, 4:45PM - 7:15PM

WHERE: Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth (Richelieu)

This professional development workshop has four goals; first, to advance knowledge by considering perspectives and reactions to human failure by defining and conceptualizing sin and grace within an organizational context; second, to explore the relationship between sin and grace; third, to consider appropriate research methods for sin and grace; and fourth, to facilitate group discussion around the topics of sin and grace. The PDW will begin with an overview of the concepts of sin and grace from a Christian theological perspective, followed by an overview of nascent research in these twin areas, including research methods and practical examples. Considerable time will be given for participants to participate in small and large group discussions around these topics.

Registration is not required, but we would appreciate knowing if you plan to attend. Contact Michael Palanski for more information - mpalanski@saunders.rit.edu
