    The Seminar is a joint Q&B and Foundation for Business Trusts event:

    - Q&B are running it as the 2012 event in our annual NxD series for business practitioners, continuing 2011 and earlier years' work. 

    - The newly formed Foundation for Business Trusts has emerged from Ray Sheath's seminal work on Trusteeship in business, with input from his colleagues.
