Hope this scribe will find you in the best of you times. I am a PhD scholar in my home country, have completed my coursework and am working on my thesis. I am willingness to avail a World Bank Robert S. McNamara Fellowship Program. The subject Fellowship Program is a 5-10 months visiting fellowship program wherein a PhD scholar would be required to carry out a "Research Activity" that could be a distinct activity in itself but be helpful to the scholars own doctoral program.
I fulfill all the requirements for the subject program except one-a formal acceptance of the scholar from a reputable university. I have written "Proposal" for that research activity following the guidelines provided in the application form.
If you are willing to consider my candidature and want further information, it would an honour for me to provide the same as and when asked for. The last date for the submission of the application is March 31, 2011. The program is supposed to be completed between July 2011 and June 2012.
