I am currently completing my DBA studies and am collecting data for my dissertation. This empirical study focuses on the moderator effect of demographics on the relationship among spirituality, attitudes, and behaviors at work.
If you are at least 18 years old and currently working, I heartily invite you to participate in this online-survey. It will take you about 10-12 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is voluntary and confidential.

While you may not receive any direct benefit for participating, we hope that this study will benefit the community of scholars who are researching spirituality in the workplace by providing more insight and meaning on this concept. At the same time we hope to benefit executives by providing numerical data to help them learn more about the value of spirituality in their organizations.
This research study and its procedures have been approved by Lawrence Tech's Institutional Review Board (irb@ltu.edu). All of your personal information is completely confidential and anonymous. Only the researcher will have access to the collected data.
