This symposium will present personal experiences about how years of meditation practice have transformed executive performance in critical real situations. Qualitative research findings will explore the relationship of peak performance to measures of consciousness. The panel will observe how guidelines for effective executive practice have been illustrated in the experiences of the CEO on this panel and other research subjects.
