  • 1.  Need input from people who practice spirituality at work

I'm working with a reporter for a major national publication on a story about workplace spirituality.  We are looking for people who practice workplace spirituality in the work settings, preferably from a non-academic setting.

We have gotten a few Christians, Jews, and new age practitioners--and are looking for people from other faiths.

If you would like to be interviewed about how you practice workplace spirituality, send me an email and I will forward it.  Please tell me what faith you practice and the setting you work in so that I can tell the reporter! If you know of people off the list, please have them send me their information as well.

I'm the go-between on this story--the reporter makes the decision on who to interview. If you don't hear back, assume he chose someone else.

    Best,

    Bob

Interesting to me that the association here is between practicing workplace spirituality and practicing one's faith!

I would say I bring ("practice"?) my spirituality as part of my work as a coach, consultant, and university instructor, but I could not say what "faith" I am practicing, as I do not necessarily associate spirituality with faith. The description below, to me, sounds like the reporter is wanting examples of people who practice their religion at work at work, which of course is one dimension of spirituality.

It may be useful, then, to encourage the reporter to talk about how she/he is defining spirituality at work. I'd be happy to talk with the reporter (or others!) about any of this :-)
