Dear MSR Colleagues,
We are proud to announce that the Tyson Center has become the new home for the Spiritual Based Leadership Program. This email is to invite you to two teleconferences next week to learn more about how you can use this knowledge base. We are also interested in recruiting research volunteers who would like to help us extend and add to the research.
Please join us on April 12th to learn about the rich and valuable knowledge base that was created over a six year period through interviews with very high level business and government leaders from around the world. This research was conducted by Debra and William Miller and Peter and Kirsten Pruzan Mikkelson. A book titled Leading With Wisdom came out of this research and provides profiles of 33 of the leaders interviewed. The full database and research protocols are being transferred to the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace, http://tfsw.uark.edu, and will be available for free to the public.
The knowledge based can currently be found at www.globaldharma.org. We will be organizing the material into a searchable database that will make it much easier to use.
This research will be valuable to students, researchers, leaders and consultants, and the Millers will describe how you can benefit from this work.
Our first call, from 11-12 Central, will be for people who want to learn about the research and who might be interested in learning how to use the knowledge base for classes, speaking and/or consulting. Our second call, from 3:30-4:30, will be for people who may be interested in being involved in future research.

Excellence is the result of caring more than others think is wise; risking more than others think is safe; dreaming more than others think is practical; and expecting more than others think is possible.
