An MSR Special Meditation Session, hosted by me, will be held on Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 (not at 1:00 as is listed on the online program) at Northeastern in Dodge Hall Room 270. The address given for Northeastern University is 400 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115. The location is about a 12 minute walk from the Sheraton, 5 minutes by bus. Presenter: Satinder K Dhiman; Woodbury U.; This is a special meditation series that will be held on Friday afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, hosted off-site at Northeastern University. In this "Ask the Experts" session, team facilitators will demonstrate how they use chanting and meditation to enhance personal and team effectiveness. Session 1: In this workshop, facilitators will collaboratively engage in an exercise entitled "ask the inner consultant." Facilitators will focus on their work, specifically formal and informal challenges recently encountered, and connect through silent contemplation with their inner consultant to find out what the suggested options are. Specific guidelines for participants will be shared. Session 2: This workshop will demonstrate the role that the spiritual practice of chanting plays in enhancing team effectiveness.
