Regent University's School of Business & Leadership invites submissions for the fourth Annual Virtual Conference on Moral Leadership to be held online December 8-14, 2013.

Moral leadership comes naturally to some and is more elusive for others; however, it is something to which all leaders should aspire. At this year's Moral Leadership Conference, we will profile exceptional moral leaders to gain insight into their character, what motivates them and how they have impacted the lives of others.

This week-long conference will be conducted solely via the Internet and is designed to explore the moral dimensions of organizational leadership, and to promote and foster new research in this field.

This virtual conference features asynchronous, refereed scholarly submissions in various formats:
. Video presentations of scholarly papers
. Online published proceedings of accepted paper submissions (scholar and student tracks)
. Online panel discussions by experts

Prior to submitting your completed paper, we invite you to offer suggestions of leaders to profile. Email us a proposal of the leader you would like to profile along with the reasoning behind your choice. There are no limits regarding the leader's historical time frame or industry (i.e. ministry, government, education, politics, business, etc.). We only ask that they be an example of how they have truly lived out moral leadership.

Submitted papers should follow one of two refereed tracks: scholarly research papers and student papers.

Accepted papers will be featured online as part of the virtual conference presentations and proceedings. The best scholarly papers will be considered for publication in the Journal of Biblical Perspectives in Leadership and the Journal of Virtues & Leadership, while the best student papers will be considered for publication in Inner Resources for Leaders magazine. The deadline for the submission of all completed papers is October 31, 2013.

The deadline for submission of all completed papers is October 31, 2013.
