Colleagues, greetings!
Bruno Dyck and I have authored an OB book from Wiley that contrasts conventional perspectives on organizational behavior and management with a sustainable perspective that invites examining our values and spiritual influences. The book stimulates critical thinking by providing theory, research, and practices typically found in OB books but adds a second sustainable perspective with multiple forms of well-being (financial, social, spiritual, environmental) for multiple stakeholders as its basis. You may find it worth exploring. I just launched a simple website that I hope will be a community that shares teaching ideas. http://www.sustainableob.com/
