    Dear colleagues,

    I am in the process of finalizing my literature review in the are of  spirituality, social responsibilit, ethical behavior and leadership effectiveness. My research title is The Impact of Spirituality and Social Responsibility  on Leadership Effectiveness: An Empirical Investigation in Public Sector Organisations  and seeking unpublished studies, research works, monographs, books and any other written materials  that examine the relation between these variables. If you have these materials that you would be willing to include in this literature please contact me at lerzlokman@gmail.com . Please also include how you would like your study or materials to be cited.
