    The Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates to fill the vacant Managing Director of the John H. Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace position. This is a non-tenure track position that is focused primarily on outreach and teaching.

    The Walton College of Business seeks an individual with experience in teaching and outreach activities in areas related to the inclusion of faith, spirituality and religion in the workplace. The Managing Director of the Tyson Center will be invited to develop courses that help students understand the challenges and rewards associated with integrating religious identity and diversity in the workplace. In addition to developing a curriculum in this area, the individual should be capable of developing outreach programs on issues related to faith and spirituality in the workplace that will be offered to interested groups including businesses, churches and civic organizations. The Managing Director of the Tyson Center will have the funding to provide activities that extend the discussion of spirituality and work beyond the classroom through a visiting speaker series. The Managing Director will also be expected to develop programs to support research that examines issues of faith and spirituality in the workplace.
