Dear colleagues,
I am in the process of finalizing my instrument to be used in measuring ethical behavior and unethical behavior in Public Service Organizations (PSOs) or Government agencies.I would like to your advise and suggestion regarding this matter. Please suggest the instruments for measuring leadership effectiveness in PSOs as well.
