Seattle Pacific University is searching for a Director for its Center for Integrity in Business. The Director provides strategic and operational leadership to the Center for Integrity in Business (CIB) in the School of Business, Government, and Economics (SBGE), and reports to the Dean of SBGE. Overarching responsibilities include the following: (1) coordinating research into alternate models of ethical and theologically-grounded business practices, and engaging the business, non-profit and academic communities in discussions around these models and other aspects of ethical and theologically-informed business practices; (2) overseeing all operational aspects of CIB programming and communications, which includes supervising staff and partners responsible for communications, event planning, and program delivery/execution for the purpose of promoting good business practices; (3) serving in an ambassadorial role for CIB and SBGE, representing the University in various business, theological, and church contexts; (4) providing leadership in fund development activities and budgetary stewardship to maintain CIB's ongoing financial viability; and (5) managing board development and governance, and facilitating the ongoing development of infrastructure and operating systems to support CIB.
