If you think you would like to submit a chapter, let me know by December 21st.  I will need the following information:

    Name

    Email

    Tentative chapter title

    Affiliation

Each chapter is an overview of the field of transformation from your particular perspective – not a research article (more details in guidelines).

The chapter must be original material that is not published elsewhere.

Page length – No more than 25 pages total, 16,000 words.

Your completed chapter is due to me by September 30, 2016.

The submission process is completely online.

All contributing authors have free online access to the Handbook, as well as all of the online Handbooks published by Springer.

You may be familiar with my Handbook of Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace which was also published by Springer.  http://edgewalkers.org/product/handbook-faith-and-spirituality-workplace. That was a very successful book, and I am hoping that this new Handbook will be a worthwhile contribution to the field as well.

I will be delighted to work with you to clarify your topic and to support you in writing your chapter in whatever way I can.

    I can be reached at judi@edgewalkers.org, +1 479 871 9116.

Warm Blessings in this Season of Light,

    Judi

    Judi,

    First, Christmas blessings from California.

For the past several years I have been working with senior healthcare executives in a program of spiritual formation.  I would be pleased to provide a chapter discussing a pilot evaluation of a quarterly senior leadership forum in which executives from large systems (450 billion revenues) at the Regional Level have participated.

The chapter would provide an holistic report of an approach to adult formation for senior executives.. However, it may be too specific a focus  for your purposes.

    Let me know your thought.

    Warm wishes from the West,

    Andre

    Dear MSR Colleagues,

Please forgive any double-posting.  I'm reaching out to all of my networks about a new writing project I have undertaken.

I have signed a contract with Springer to edit "The Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation."  The purpose of this Handbook is to create a rich and in-depth reference for the field of transformation.

I would like to invite you to submit a chapter for this book because of your expertise and your perspective on the topic of transformation.  Participating authors have online access to all of the chapters, as well as all of the other online Handbooks published by Springer.

At this point, all I need from you is a confirmation of your interest in being included as an author.  Please let me know by December 21st.  That will allow Springer to set up the author database for author communication and for the submission process.

I am not able to send attachments with this email, but if you are interested, I will send you an outline of the Handbook and a copy of the author guidelines.
